I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I aspire to make fitness an enjoyable part of your daily life. I use movement analysis to pinpoint where your body needs extra help to tweak your form in order to strengthen your body to prevent injury and get the best out of exercise. With previous and current clients, we have achieved peak performances in marathon running, skiing, body building, rehabilitation and mobility.

Along with simple exercises and stretches you can carry one at home and a specific program to target the areas that need a bit of help will see an improvement in your performance in no time.

Proper strength and conditioning allows an athlete to achieve a range of targets. If it’s to strengthen muscle groups, increase mobility through movement patterns or supporting joints and improving posture, I can help with these needs and provide a bespoke program for your chosen sport.

GENERAL FITNESS
If you're bored of the same routine but you're not sure where to start, I can give you an exciting and effective new programme, including reviews and measurable goals. The good news is, this is available remotely, so even if we don't live near each other, you can still get the SMC experience!
